Giving our team time to answer any questions you might have and to arrange a test drive or video viewing, as well as discussing details of any trade in you may have and help you get a competitive finance quote if required.
After paying a reservation fee you will receive a confirmation email but please note this does not mean your reservation has been accepted this is simply an acknowledgement of your request to reserve, once the vehicle has been successfully reserved under your name, our team will contact you to let you know.
CONTACT. Once you have paid your deposit one of our team will get in touch with you to confirm acceptance, and throughout the sales process you can speak to us on the phone or by video call. If we are unable to contact, you within the 24 hours the vehicle will automatically become available again to other buyers.
DRIVE. If you wish we can arrange an unaccompanied test drive for you, alternatively you can request a virtual viewing if that suits you better.
TRADE IN. All vehicles regardless of condition can be traded in - We will need some information and will ask for a full description of the condition of your vehicle so that we can give an accurate valuation. Valuations are always subject to us seeing the vehicle, this is just to confirm it matches the description given.
FINANCE. Tailored competitive finance packages for your individual needs and circumstances can be arranged, then should you want to proceed, all paperwork and purchasing documents including payments and finance applications can be handled online and over the phone. COLLECTION. The day is here, it’s time to collect your new vehicle. It will be ready to go, and if all the documentation has been successfully completed remotely then the collection can be contactless as well. Our experienced sales team will also be on hand to offer a full in-depth handover of the vehicle should you wish, as well as helping you set up your phone to your new car.
Should you change your mind and decide not to proceed then your £95 is fully refunded back to you. Please note that we do advise that refunds can take 5-10 days to show in a customer's account.
