I bought my current L200 from here as no one else could source one for me. I had the new one delivered to me whilst on holiday in Cumbria and they took my old one in part exchange. This was due to me living in Yorkshire (long way to go). I thought this was the ultimate in customer service. I was wrong. The truck has just reached its 3 year birthday and they rang me to remind me despite it being on a maintenance contract local to me in Leeds. It was so fortunate as I needed a new seat belt and my garage told me it would take at least 3 weeks to arrive. No truck for 3 weeks! No problem says Mike at Fife, sourced it, posted it and it arrived in 5 days. Now that’s customer service brilliant.

I was introduced to "Mitsubishi Fife" via Motorway when they purchased my Land Rover Discovery and honestly they were amazing. I hadn't traded with Motorway before so was a little unsure however Graham was amazing, from the initial phone call he guided me through the entire process. Bought a lovely second-hand Citroen C3 from Fife Mitsubishi. The sales exec David could not have been more helpful and accommodating with various maintenance issues- exhaust, brakes & minor bodywork trim details. Got a good trade in for my 12 yr old Fiesta. Fife Hyundai Mitsubishi was exceptional, I had 2 deals fall through with previous dealers and was a bit fearful but both Gregor and Stuart couldn't have been more reassuring and upfront. Communication was great, I knew everything that was happening with the car at all times and handover was easy, quick and real smooth. Service was great. I really wanted a golf and the salesman Dave organised a test drive of a golf and a polo to ensure I was making the right choice for myself. Dave did a great job to make sure I was getting the service I needed and was very helpful when it came to my budget by giving me various options. Would definitely use mitsubishi again if needed.

Recently bought a second hand van from David at Fife Mitsubishi (Cupar Branch) and the service provided was First Class from start to finish. From my initial enquiry via Auto Trader, to completing the sale it was hassle free. The communication and customer service provided was excellent throughout the process and really happy with the van. Drove down from near Aberdeen to have my L200 serviced at Fife Mitsubishi. I bought the truck from Fife Mitsubishi and received excellent service when purchasing it and so I stayed loyal and took my L200 down to have it's first Annual service. I wasn't disappointed. Service reception were ready for me and took the truck straight in while I waited. I discovered the garden centre next door and had an excellent breakfast to fill the time whilst I waited. Friendly staff, good service. Worth the trip down to be treated well. I'll be back next year.
